Safety and Aesthetics in Harmony

This project is an exemplification of the seamless blend of form and function.

The key challenge was to conceive a design that was visually compelling, safe, and compliant within a bustling sports centre in South East Queensland. This endeavour underscores the thoughtful and strategic planning that goes into our architectural processes.

Balancing Form and Function

The image showcases our 'Sports Centre Facade Transformation and Stairway' project at a busy sporting facility in South East Queensland. Our design approach aimed to strike a harmonious balance between visual appeal, safety, and compliance. The transformed facade and stairway exemplify this balance, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the centre.

Safety-centric Emergency Stairway Design

We aimed to blend safety with modern design in this project. The first image reveals a safety landing midway and new external cladding for enhanced durability.

From the rear, the second image showcases a sports-themed metal mesh safeguarding the stairway's underside. This protective design, combined with ample stair width, reinforces both safety and aesthetics. All elements align with the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and relevant Australian standards, underscoring our dedication to safety and quality.

Elevating Safety and Accessibility in Stairs

This stairway design at the Gold Coast sporting facility emphasises both safety and aesthetics. The first image captures the striking yellow treads and dual-height handrails, ensuring clear visibility and stability for users.
