The challenge of this Mediterranean-style villa was to set it against the backdrop of a steep, rugged hillside and encapsulate the luxury and sophistication reminiscent of those in the Côte d’Azur.

This project entailed a comprehensive upgrade of the pool area at Burleigh Beach Tower. Key features include a privacy-focused roof, a landscaped pathway connecting the main building to the pool, modernised changing facilities, and a social BBQ area. The design aimed to enhance privacy while promoting connectivity and social interaction.

This project, encapsulates a nautical-themed upgrade of the lift lobbies in Boulevard Towers. The 16-storey high-rise now boasts fresh and inviting lobbies that echo the breezy beach vibes of Broadbeach.

Sporting Spirit Unlocked showcases a significant transformation of the changerooms for the Burleigh Bears Rugby League Club. We embraced the spirit of the Queensland Government 'Get in the Game' initiative, making the changerooms more accessible for every athlete, promoting inclusivity in the sporting arena.

In this project, we introduced a serene ambience to the restaurant area and gaming room entrance of the Burleigh Sports Club. The design thoughtfully intertwines nature-inspired patterns with the minimalist sophistication of contemporary coastal aesthetics.

This project involved a transformation of the View Cafe with an eye to the surrounding landscape. By creating a space that mirrors the tranquility of the adjacent water reservoir and rich landscape, we achieved a harmony that not only showcases the beverages but also enhances the overall ambience.

Lake View House narrates the story of a transformative home renovation in Northern New South Wales. Emphasising modern aesthetics and optimising connections with the outdoors, the client's passion was instrumental in achieving this result - a modern yet sensitive refurbishment that amplifies the spectacular views of the Lake opposite the site.

A refurbishment of the ground floor lift foyer. Inspired by the beachfront location of the apartments, we infused elements of the ocean and surrounding landscape into our design, creating a seamless blend of modern elegance and natural tranquility.

This facade and stairway design showcases our ability to intertwine aesthetics with safety in upgrading a sporting centre in South East Queensland. The challenge was to create a design that was compliant with safety and building codes, aesthetically pleasing and in harmony with the existing structure.

The successful transformation of a dated 16-storey highrise building, bringing it into the 21st century. The use of coastal-inspired materials was central to our design, reflecting the oceanside location of Boulevard Towers. The upgrade included replacing the sliding doors and windows, refurbishing balcony tiles, and designing sleek, new glass balustrading, infusing a fresh, modern feel into the building.
