A dated 16-storey oceanfront high-rise was re-envisioned and upgraded to meet the demands of the 21st century, while mirroring the vibrant energy of the Gold Coast.
This successful remediation relied on our coastal-inspired design for the replacement of sliding doors and windows, balcony tiles, and new glass balustrading. Our thoughtful approach to materials brought a fresh, contemporary feel to the building, contributing positively to the overall facade aesthetic.

Oceanfront High-Rise: A Modern Makeover
