Elevating the Boulevard Towers Lobby
Through this project, we transformed a standard apartment building lobby into a sophisticated space echoing its beachfront surroundings.
Our redesign hinges on the use of high-end materials, generating a luminous ambience that mirrors the building's oceanside setting. This transformation embodies our commitment to excellence, reflecting the breezy sophistication inherent in the Gold Coast lifestyle.

Spacious Elegance: Boulevard Towers Lobby Transformation
This image provides a glimpse into the transformation of a standard apartment building entrance into a space of elegance and openness. A key design move was to square up the arches and enlarge the openings, which significantly contributed to the sense of spatial generosity that now defines the area.
In addition to these structural changes, we selected materials to complement this newfound spaciousness. Notably, the water wall was refurbished with stone look tiles, evoking a natural and calming atmosphere that welcomes residents and visitors alike. Marble look tiles were also used on the floor. This redesign reflects not only the building's beachfront setting but also our unwavering commitment to creating spaces that are sophisticated, functional, and inviting.

Elevated Experience: The Check-In Transformation
The first image paints a serene picture of the check-in area, designed to be a welcoming space for guests as they enter the Boulevard Towers. Here, we crafted a sense of spaciousness and connection with the outdoors through the integration of floor-to-ceiling windows on the front and the side wall. This thoughtful layout not only floods the area with natural light but also offers guests a breathtaking ocean view as they check in.
The second image provides a unique perspective from the other end of this space, revealing the freshly refurbished check-in counter to the left. Understanding the needs of the management staff, this counter was reimagined to enhance functionality. Its refurbishment with polished porcelain stone look tiles adds a touch of natural appeal, balancing luxury and warmth in a way that sets the tone for the entire establishment.
